Description Miniatures

We had to get up at 2am to make it to the top of the mount Batur in Bali for the sunrise. The clouds were so thick while climbing up, the flashlight was not getting through more than just a hand reach. We thought with all the clouds we will not be able to get much of a view. Once the sun started to come up the view was even more stunning and had a magical touch with the clouds. Was really worth getting up in the middle of the night! Show more

It was a beautiful day at the beach at the Port Townsend lighthouse, a perfect day for a beach picnic & cloud viewing. I climbed these rocks to get this shot of the lighthouse and after I got back to the beach I realized that I lost my wedding ring. Soon found -best ending. Show more

Spending time on the beach can be very relaxing, but that day I was getting restless. So I started wandering around and taking some photos. I loved the view of the boat, which at the time was hypnotically bobbing on the water. I ended up staying in this spot and just sat watching this boat being lulled by the waves. Show more

Myself and two of my good friends take weekend road trips - to explore, to take pics, and to learn. We ended up in Pittsburgh, PA earlier this year. What a cool city! This shot is a hallway in the Cathedral of Learning - a beautiful structure built in the Late Gothic Revival style. It's 535 feet tall with 42 stories. The building was completed in 1934...and offers a multitude of great shots...it's very photogenic! Show more

Have you seen the Universe in your nearest supermarket? Me yes. The blue of the heaven and the dark of the endlessness. Suns and comets. Everything under one roof. Where I buy potatoes and milk. Strange feeling. Breathtaking feeling. Show more

A day full of storm clouds, torn by the setting sun that illuminates Florence. It was a moment of intense wonder.

We got here after getting lost in Kyoto a couple of times after getting on the wrong bus (205 Rapid that does not stop here). Nevertheless, it was a fun experience and after getting there we marveled at the Beautiful Kinkakuji temple (Golden Pavilion). Show more

Wondering through the rice fields in Ubud area is one of the most relaxing things I've done. They have a special kind of calm and tranquility about them. I could not resist taking a picture that could at least remind me of their peace. Show more
